Grovemere relocated to a new modern office building on their principal business park Lancaster Way in Ely, Cambridgeshire in November 2007.

On Lancaster Way we have recently produced a Travel Plan to encourage greener travel to the site and we are committed to expand this policy across our portfolio.

In Ely we benefit from a proactive economic development team who help bring new business to the area. East Cambridgeshire District Council is an open and business friendly organisation keen to support enterprise, start-ups, attract new businesses to the district and build links with the local business community.

The economic development team works with a number of local and national organisations offering advice and information on a variety of business related subjects.
