Morgan Way
Bowthorpe Industrial Estate, Norwich, Norfolk

Morgan Way was developed during the late 1980’s and early 1990’s and it was acquired by Grovemere in 2001. Morgan Way is located on the popular Bowthorpe Industrial Area, approximately three miles west of Norwich City Centre, adjacent to the A1074 and half a mile from the A47, Norwich southern bypass.

121,600 (2006 est) people live in the Norwich City Council area and the population of the Norwich Travel to Work Area (i.e. the area of Norwich in which most people both live and work) is 367,035.

The Bowthorpe Employment Area is an established industrial estate, and a number of the units have been converted into offices. Office occupiers on Morgan Way include Grolier and The Proclaimers Church. Other occupiers in the Bowthorpe Employment Area include Aviva, Kettle Foods, and the Quality Friendly Hotel.
