80,000 Sq. Ft. – Freehold Design & Build (2014-2015)

Following the sale of 3 acres of land to CCL, a new 80,000 Sq. Ft. headquarters building which includes office, laboratory and warehouse accommodation was constructed with Grovemere instructed as project lead.

Grovemere and CCL instructed Lindum Group ( to construct the infrastructure and building which is highly sustainable and has the benefit of a 126 KW solar array. The build took approximately 8 months to build. Completed 2015.
