The safety and security of your business, employees and visitors matter to the Grovemere team. We strive to ensure that your premises are safe and we are dedicated to continuously improving our security at Lancaster Way. Our team are always reviewing our current CCTV coverage and monitoring our security guarding. As the site grows so does our security.
CCTV
Lancaster Way has 49 CCTV cameras which utilise Avigilon analytic intelligence built into each camera as well as the software. The system is monitored by our on-site Security team based in the guard hut at the entrance to the site. The cameras can alert the security guards to any suspicious or unusual activity, as well as allowing them to quickly search for an incident or suspicious individual.
In addition to the 49 CCTV cameras, Lancaster Way also has entrance and exit Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras. The ANPR enables Security to log the number plates of key workers from existing tenants on Lancaster Way. This is linked to our barrier system which allows tenants to get in and out of the site quickly when the barriers are down. It also lets Security set alarms for potential suspicious or unwanted vehicles to set off an alarm if entering the site. At Grovemere, we harness the latest technology to help ensure that your business is safe and secure.
Manned Guarding and mobile vehicle patrols
Our on-site security services are provided 24/7, 365 days a year by local firm Abbey Security helping to keep your business secure around the clock. All existing and new occupiers are advised to link their alarm systems to call our on-site Security ensuring they can respond to an alarm activation as fast as possible.
A key locking service can also be provided. Our security can be instructed to be your first responders to Fire and Intruder alarms giving you peace of mind if you are unable to attend.

Safety
The health and safety of your employees and any visitors is of paramount importance to the Grovemere team. Lancaster Way has 2 Heart Defibrillator available for emergencies. They are located on the exterior of the guard hut at the entrance to the Business Park and to the entrance of Grovemere House.
