Bus Service
The Zipper Bus service, which Grovemere subsidises, is a great addition to Lancaster Way Business Park.
This service allows a connection between Ely City Centre and Ely Station in five to seven minutes.
Starting in Ely city centre the Zipper Bus goes via the train station and stops at the new bus stop at Wellington Road on Lancaster Way.
Stagecoach number 9 service from Cambridge and the 39 from Ely also serve the Park. For further information on transport options visit our Travel page.

Continuing with our aspiration to be a highly Sustainable Business Park, our new super-fast charger is live and ready to go!! The Apex Coffee House
The tempting menu features milkshakes, smoothies, snacks and sandwiches alongside amazing coffee.
Apex Coffee House, with its vintage style décor, welcomes hundreds of workers from the business park each day. You can enjoy lunch with colleagues or have an informal meeting over a coffee.
A selection of gluten free wraps, salads and tasty cakes are on offer along with party platters which can be ordered from their Facebook page.
All products in the Apex Coffee House are compostable or recyclable. At Grovemere, we are committed to building a greener Park, with recycling topping our sustainability to-do list.
Elyte Fitness
Located on Lancaster Way, it is home to a fully equipped gym, including Hammer Strength equipment, CrossFit 115, Basecamp 115 Boot Camps & Hyrox. Elyte Fitness are here to help more people in more places to lead a healthier life every day. The gym is a friendly, supportive, and judgement-free space where everybody can come in, out and leave feeling good.
Food Van
Debbie and her staff at the Burger Bar are familiar faces on the Park. They have been serving Lancaster Way for over 10 years and have an excellent reputation and extensive customer base.
Debbie is well known for her burgers and bacon rolls, but also provides loaded jacket potatoes and sandwiches made to order. Definitely worth a visit!!

Meeting Rooms
Our first-floor air-conditioned meeting room is available to hire and is ideal for team and client meetings, interviews, training courses and small conferences.
The newly refurbished room has a large oval table and will comfortably accommodate up to 14 delegates. There is access to free WIFI, and a 55″ Touch Screen TV Computer that is perfect for presentations with its built in video camera.
RAF Witchford and Display
We are excited to announce the upcoming move to a new purpose-built building designed to honor the legacy of RAF Witchford. This new building, shaped like the fuselage of a Lancaster bomber, will serve as a memorial to the brave men and women who served here during the Second World War and to those who have worked tirelessly to keep their memory alive.
This continuation of the legacy of Barry Aldridge, who dedicated himself to preserving this important history, will ensure that future generations can learn about and honor the sacrifices made.
The existing RAF Witchford Exhibition is temporarily closed for refurbishment and will remain closed until further notice.
Lancaster Lodge Childcare
Lancaster Lodge Childcare offers children from the Ely area a safe, tight-knit, warm, friendly and fun place to learn and socialise with the support of the very best nursery staff.
Based in a homely bungalow, which has been sympathetically renovated as a purposely designed children’s day nursery, Lancaster Lodge Childcare Limited cares for children aged from 0 – 5 years of age.
Soft Play
Treetops Soft Play is a family run soft play facility offering a three-storey play frame design in a safe, air-conditioned, relaxed environment, situated on Lancaster Way Business Park.
A fun exciting place where the parent/carer and children alike can enjoy quality food and drinks to match.
Open 362 days of the year, whatever the weather, and offering more than just soft play for the local community.
Trim Trail
With approximately 2,500 people now working on Lancaster Way Business Park, the creation of an environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance has become a top priority for us at Grovemere. A 1.16 mile Trim Trail runs through our structural landscaping which enables employees to walk, run, picnic and relax in a beautiful safe and secure environment with fantastic views over open countryside towards the stunning Ely Cathedral.
Occupiers who are enthusiasts of athletic events can take part in our annual Duathlon, which has 250 participants, and enjoy the surroundings as they run and cycle through the Park and off-site network.
